This website

vndck.be does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. When you visit, our hosting provider Microsoft Azure processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect the service. It may set a strictly necessary cookie that routes your visit to the right server. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for this.

When you email us

If you email support@vndck.be, we use your email address, your message and anything you choose to include only to answer you. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. We keep correspondence as long as we need it to handle your question and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We only share it with providers that process it on our behalf, such as Microsoft, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email support@vndck.be and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
